Loom Conversions ~ £265
Let us take all the stress out of your conversion. We will convert your existing loom to suit whatever application you have. All of our looms retain the Subaru diagnostic, are fused up and are as plug and play as possible. To avoid any problems, our looms are all run on one of our test engines to ensure they are 100%, before they are sent out. If you have lost your Subaru key, don't worry - we can normally code a key to work with your loom.
We can convert most looms, including import turbo's H6 JDM European left hand drive. We are also working on a cost effective solution to the later can-bus engines. We can also build you a loom to suit a standalone ECU.
All our loom come with a gps speed signal sensor as standard unless we are converting the loom to be used with a Subaru gearbox and therefore wont need one, We can also provide a stainless steel mounting plate to help with a nice easy and clean install.
We create our loom to suit each application for example: splitcreens beetle t25 kit car and many more to make the install as easy as possible

Subaru VW Engine Swap Adapter Plates and Fly Wheels ~ £625
The quickest and simplest way to install a Subaru engine into your project. These are just bolt on (we have a fitting video available on YouTube to help with you install).They fit turbos, non turbos 2.0, 2.2 and 2.5ltr engine, VW Beetle, VW split screens, VW bay windows, VW T25 T3 Vanagons, Beach Buggy's Sandrails things Porsche covins kits, on on any EJ and FA engine, the flywheels are OEM manufactured with heat treated ring gears and come with a anti rust protective coating that needs to be cleaned off during the install. They use the widely available T25/T3/Vanagon 228mm clutch set up.
Subaru to VW Bay Window T2 T25/T3 Automatic Conversion it ~ £425
Not as common as conversion due to the rarity of automatics vans, this kit allows you to fit a Subaru engine to your existing VW automatic gearbox, by adding the new flex plate to the gearbox and the adapter plate to the engine comes with all the required fixings.
Short Sumps 100mm deep ~ £295
Our Short sumps are computer designed and manufactured in the UK, and as of August 2024, we have manufactured over 500. These CNC cut and folded abricated sumps retain the original oil capacity, but are 50mm lower than the standard Subaru. Comes with everything you need to fit (apart from oil & filter)
Our sumps work with all available engine mounting setups (small car may need a small tweak). They fit turbos, non-turbos 2.0, 2.2 and 2.5ltr engine, VW Beetle, VW split screens, VW bay windows, VW T25 T3 Vanagons, Beach Buggy's Sandrails and Porsche covins kits. They will not fit Subaru cars - sorry. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Engine& Loom Packages from £800
We can supply you with an engine and modified wiring loom delivered direct to your door. We aim to supply the best engine we can and offer a variety of services pre delivery of the engines, such as fitting a new cam belt kit short sump, full clean up and powder coat of components, etc. Please ask about availability.
Alternator Relocation Brackets £110
Supplied with all the parts you need to move your alternator, so you can reverse your inlet manifold. Available in powdered coat black or red.

Perfect for making up your own exhaust, these flanges are cut from 8mm stainless steel and will fit both turbo and non-turbo cars. The outlet is 38mm to suit standard size pipe. H6 flanges also available.
Throttle Body Reverser Bay Window Beetle £100
A throttle body reverser is required on a T2 Bay window and beetles etc as there isn't enough clearance between the engine and the fire wall for any intake pipe work.
This custom design will allow you to fit an air filter without needing to modify any other parts. There's no need to relocate the coil pack, it even comes with a short patch

These are made to order, but only a 2 week lead time.
