At Subaru Surgery, We provide Subaru Engine conversion parts Allowing you to fit a modern Subaru engine into most VW including Splitcreens Bay windows T1 T2 T25 Beetles aswell as classic porsches and beech buggies/kit cars ,such as Subarugear gearbox upgrades, adapter plates and flywheel kits, wiring loom conversions, Exhausts ,Engine mounting bars , Coolant bottle brackets, throttle cables short sumps for our customers to install in Subaru engined vehicles. We are continually adding to our products so may have what you need. We don't have a shop feature, as we realize conversions can be confusing and find most people like to ask questions before they buy - so please ask.

Let us take all the stress out of your conversion. We will convert your existing loom to suit whatever application you have. All our looms retain the Subaru diagnostic, are fused up and are as plug and play as possible. To avoid any problems, our looms are all run on one of our test engines to ensure they are 100%, before they are sent out. If you have lost your Subaru key, don't worry - we can normally code a key to work with your loom.
We can convert most looms including import turbo's H6 JDM European left hand drive. We are also working on a cost effective solution to the later can-bus engines. We will build you a loom to suit a standalone ECU, if you want to go that route.
We can also provide a stainless steel mounting plate and a gps speed signail generator to help with your installation, if required.

The quickest and simplest way to install a Subaru engine into your project these are just bolt on. They fit turbos, non turbos 2.0, 2.2 and 2.5ltr engine, VW Beetle, VW split screens, VW bay windows, VW T25 T3 Vanagons, Beach Buggy's Sandrails things Porsche covins kits,on on any EJ and FA engine, the flywheels are OEM manufactured with heat treated ring gears and come with a protective film that needs to be cleaned off before the clutch is fitted and they use the widely available T25/T3/Vanagon 228mm clutch set up.
Our Short sumps are Computer designed and manufactured in the UK, these CNC cut and folded fabricated sumps retain the original oil capacity, but are 50 mm lower than the standard Subaru. comes with everything you need to fit (apart from oil & filter )
Our sumps work with all available engine mounting setups (small car may need a small tweak). They fit turbos, non turbos 2.0, 2.2 and 2.5ltr engine, VW Beetle, VW split screens, VW bay windows, VW T25 T3 Vanagons, Beach Buggy's Sandrails things Porsche covins kits, but they don't fit Subaru cars - sorry.

We can supply you with an engine and modified wiring loom delivered direct to your door. We aim to supply the best engine we can and offer a variety of services pre delivery of the engines, such as fitting a new cam belt kit short sump, full clean up and powder coat of components, etc. Please ask about availability.
